I worked in the television news industry for a combined 15 years, making stops in Kentucky and Indiana.
I eventually landed in Nashville, Tennessee, where I worked for 5 years at WKRN-TV, the ABC affiliate, as a news anchor and reporter, specializing in breaking news on-air and at WKRN.com.
During my final year at WKRN, I earned an Emmy Award and an Edward R. Murrow Award for my coverage of the bombing that damaged downtown Nashville on Christmas 2020. I also received an award for "Top Byline of 2021," as my web stories received 1M+ views on a monthly basis.
I am currently employed as a Realtor® with Parks Realty in the Nashville area, where I assist buyers and sellers across Middle Tennessee.
